Thompson-Ellis Consulting is a Certified Minority and Self-certified Small Business Enterprise founded in 2005 by Althia Ellis.  As an administrator in the transit industry, she was heavily involved in projects that required excellent writing and training skills.  After developing an employee professional¬†development program, she designed and facilitated monthly workshops for more than 40 employees.  This experience provided the foundation for developing and providing a service where she could lend her expertise in all three areas: writing, editing, and training.¬†
