Second Hotel Breaks Ground Within 4 Months
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Luckey's Management has done it again! Staying right on target with a carefully crafted growth strategy, Luckey's has broken ground on a 122-room Hampton Inn and Suites in the Miramar Park of Commerce in Miramar, Florida! The hotel is scheduled to open in the 2nd quarter of 2009. Built with the corporate traveler in mind, this hotel promises to be a welcome asset to this rapidly developing urban pocket.
Only a few months ago Luckey's Management broke ground on the 150-room, 11-story Crowne Plaza Hotel at State Road 84 and US1 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. "Our long term strategy for growth will not be affected by a downturn in the economy. When we see an opportunity, we are going to take advantage of it," said Jay Patel, president and CEO of Luckey's Management.
Luckey's has flourished since its inception in 1991 and currently has a secure portfolio of seven (7) properties. The professionals at Luckey's consistently stay ahead of the game.
